• beets5 medium
• olive oil1 Tbsp
• balsamic vinegar1 Tsp
• grapefruit1
• sprouts1 cup
• pumpkin seeds0.25 cup
• goat cheese0.25 cup

Wash beets and pat dry.

Place beets on a sheet of aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil. Fold foil around the beets to create a sealed pouch.
